1. Understanding eCommerce
Ecommerce means selling products online through a website. You don’t need a physical store. You create a website, list products, and customers buy directly from you. Most beginners start by selling popular products sourced from China or Asia at a higher price. You keep the difference as profit.

4. Your Business Model
The Business Model You buy low. You sell higher. You pay for ads (unless organic traffic, not recommended). You keep what’s left. Example: Product cost: $8 You sell for: $29 Ads cost: ~$10 Your profit: $29 − $8 − $10 = $11 That’s your margin. If ads cost more than your profit — you don’t run that product. If ads are cheaper than your profit — you scale. Your job is to make sure selling price is higher than both.
